The Flex Company was but a twinkle in its mother's eye when we joined the team. The Marston Agency built the brand from near-nothing into the industry leader it is today. These are just a couple of the tasks we attacked for this amazing company, which was valued at $4M in its first year, and is on track to do $20M+ in 2020.

The Marston agency was delighted to bring this 17 year old heritage brand into the drirect to consumer space. From brand positioning and website to all digital assets and internet presence, we're breathing new life into a well loved brand while introducing it to new markets. Marston Agency 7xed sales in the first week of relaunch and are doubling revenue month over month.

GETGLOBAL
GetGlobal: The largest global growth conference in North America, brought The Marston Agency aboard for it's first year for music supervision. Joining forces again in 2020 Marston Agency and GetGlobal created the Covid Response Network, a place for international business executives to learn and share information through the pandemic.

Marston Agency and GetGlobal teamed up in March of 2020 to crerat CRN. The service is for business leaders and professionals who are eager to learn and share insights, ideas, and resources. We are hosting a Slack group to begin with, and will add resources in response to the community’s needs.

WAGER is an incredible company making waves in the wage transparancy space. We were fortuitous enough to join the team at inception, constructing framework for a company ready to break the mold while creating a clean and current brand that speaks to professionals in all industries. In creating WAGER's visual language, we focused on trust, and it's working. WAGER is excited to boast that it is making waves and educating people on their own worth.

RIS LABS
RIS Labs is an 11 year old record label, and they needed a facelift, now they are touted as a label to watch and is quickly rising. The Marston Group started with reworking the logo into a more modern look and also reflected their new home, Los Angeles. From there, TMA rebranded from top to bottom, from website to image treatment. Turns out RIS Labs cleans up pretty well, and the media is eating it up!
Women of Action Los Angeles
Pro bono work for an action network. Women of Action Los Angeles (WALA) is a diverse group of women, trying to make the world a better place through initiatives that make action fun & exciting. We focus on human rights, education, & environmental issues, with an emphasis on political involvement.

ROLICK
ROLICK was born of a creative director's dream to create passion pieces everyday. We took a company that had been wildly successful, and smashed it into the ground. From the ashes came ROLICK, a company where every day is not only lucrative in clients but in fun and attitude. We drew inspiration from the aesthetics of myriad music genres for this studio that designs and produces live shows for music, art, and entertainment.
UNVAEL
Unvael is a music curation platform (website and app) and The Marston Agency was lucky enough to join them in their very early stages. With this company, TMA started with "vibe" and worked outward to expand and streamline the user interface and experience, and made sure the aesthetics would be fawned over by their uber hip audience and clients.
